Terms and conditions apply, please check the time of your booking and remember to quote the offer; all promotions are subject to availability and must be mentioned at the time of booking. Any offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or part paid with complimentary promotional voucher. Introductory offers are only for New Clients. Please remember to bring a print out of offers.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at the time.
Price for our services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of the content thereof) without notice at the time.

A patch test should have to done before having treatment of eyelashes extension, eyebrows tint, lashes tint, LVL and semi-permanent make up. You have to provide all the information about the allergy and reaction during fill up the client record card.

 

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice of cancellation is required or a 100% charge will be made. Deposits are non-refundable unless 24 hours notice is given of cancellation.
To confirm group bookings, long bookings or technical work services a deposit or credit/debit card number will be requested. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional/Gift vouchers will be invalidated for no shows on schedule appointments or when less than 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling is provided.
